SESTT Raleigh Trenchless Technology Seminar

The ASCE NC Eastern Branch is co-sponsoring the upcoming Southeast Society for Trenchless Technology (SESTT) Raleigh Trenchless Technology Seminar being held at Raleigh Water’s Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility. The event showcases Trenchless Technology, SSES, and Buried Asset Management. Attendees can earn up to 7 PDHs.

Location: Raleigh Water’s Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility, 8500 Battle Bridge Road, Raleigh, NC 27610

Date: Tuesday, November 14, 2023. All day, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Fee: Special $125 fee per person for ASCE members as co-sponsor and includes program materials, PDHs, certificate, classroom participation, exhibit hall visits, all day refreshments, breakfast pastries, lunch and $100 drawing. If two or more people from the same company or organization attend, the cost drops to $125 each.

Seminar topics include: Overview of trenchless technology and NASTT education efforts, sewer line rehabilitation, water line rehabilitation, manhole rehabilitation, cured in place pipe renewal (CIPP), root control, point repair, collector system evaluation, TV inspection, internal joint seals, thermoformed PVC pipelining, clay pipe microtunneling, pilot tube microtunneling, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), pipe bursting, underground structure rehab, bypass pumping, chemical grouting, lateral lining, lateral replacement and the trenchless technology center. They also plan to present the Buried Asset Management Institute-International "Certification in Training of Asset Management" (CTAM) Program.
