Please join us for the 30th Annual Eastern Branch Golf Tournament! All net proceeds from this event will do directly to the ASCE NC Section Scholarship Fund. To date, we have assisted more than 70 students in North Carolina in pursuit of a civil engineering degree. Our goal is to raise $4,000 and award four students each with a scholarship.

Individual Player from the Public Sector: $120
Individual Player from the Private Sector: $150
Hole Sponsor: $250 - Your company will sponsor one hole on the course. A sign with your company's logo will be displayed at a select hole.
Beverage Cart Sponsor: $750 – Your company will be the sponsor of the beverage cart. Your company’s logo will be displayed on the beverage cart delivering complementary refreshments to participants. Limited to one sponsor.
Premier Hole Sponsor: $1,000 - Your company will sponsor one hole on the course. A sign with your company’s logo will be displayed at the tee box of a select hole. Additionally, a company representative may set up a vendor table/tent at the tee box to talk with participants, hand out material, or conduct a business card raffle.
Silver Sponsor: $1,000 - Your company will be the sponsor of all door prizes. Prior to and after the firing of the door prizes, your company will be recognized. Your company’s logo will also be displayed on all promotional materials and on the Eastern Branch website for 2026-2027. In addition, you will receive four registrations to the tournament. The Eastern Branch will provide the door prizes. No limit on sponsors.
Gold Sponsor: $2,000 – Your company’s logo will be displayed at the driving range and putting green. Your company’s logo will also be displayed on all promotional materials and on the Eastern Branch website for 2026-2027. You will receive eight registrations to the tournament and your company logo will be included on the gold scorecards. Additionally, you will have the option to set up a vendor table at the warmup area. Limited to two sponsors.
Executive Sponsor: $3,000 – Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed in the clubhouse, putting green, driving range, and breakfast buffet as the executive sponsor. Your logo will be displayed on all promotional materials and on the Eastern Branch website with distinction for 2026-2027. You will receive twelve registrations to the tournament. Additionally, your company will be recognized as the exclusive sponsor of the breakfast, have the opportunity to address the players during our opening announcements and kickoff, and set up a vendor table at the clubhouse. You will also have the opportunity to be present when we present the students with their scholarships at one of our monthly meetings in early 2027. Your company logo will be included on the golf scorecards. Limited to one sponsor.
